I’m excited to announce that this week marks 4 weeks of my commitment to exercising 4-5 days a week.
I am slowly starting to see the benefits of it. My body is already starting to firm up and I’m loving how my clothes fit now. Four weeks ago I was feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. Not anymore. ![]()
I actually wake up excited to head downstairs to start my 30 minute work-out!
Pretty soon I will be able to head outside and walk many laps around our property.
Not only is exercising worth it for all of the health benefits, but I AM WORTH the commitment I have made to gain them.
You are worth the commitment to. Have you made it to yourself yet?

Oh Jill, I want to join you in this commitment. For so many years, I was consistent in my exercise and felt great. I couldn't understand why other people didn't get into the habit. And then lots of stress and change happened, including no more easy access to my exercise equipment and more time driving back and forth to work. I was tired and got out of the habit.
I have to say that I know the difference and the way it feels to be healthy and active and have lots of energy.
I've already lost 10 pounds over time and started exercising but not consistently. I run all day at school but it's not the same. So I want to join you and be consistent. Thanks for the challenge.
